Seed Sowing Instructions
Sow seeds directly outdoors after the last frost when soil has warmed to at least 65°F (18°C). Plant seeds ½ inch deep and 12–18 inches apart in rows spaced 36 inches apart. Germination typically occurs within 7–10 days. Thin seedlings to the strongest plants for best fruit development.
Plant Care Instructions
Grow in full sun with fertile, well-drained soil rich in organic matter. Water consistently, keeping soil evenly moist but not waterlogged. Mulch around plants to retain moisture and suppress weeds. Fertilize lightly throughout the growing season to support healthy growth and fruit production. Harvest fruits when small and tender, typically 3–4 inches in diameter, for the best flavor and texture.
